Their apparent family happiness is disrupted when Snow White begins dreaming that her daughter is in danger.

Story so far( Spoilers)[]

Chapter 1[]

In the first appearance of Snow White, she enters a dream shared with Aurora, which takes an unexpected turn into a nightmare. Within this dream, Dark Phillip, a violent green creature resembling Phillip, emerges. The creature inflicts harm on Snow White, severing her left hand and ultimately tearing her heart out. Startled, she awakens in a carriage beside her husband, King Frederick, and their daughter, Rose Red. They are en route to the funeral of Princess Beatrix, Frederick's young sister, who has passed away from an illness. Snow White notices that her hand now bears the same wound as in her dream.

Chapter 2[]

The following night, Snow White experiences a dream where she engages in a chess match with an alternate version of herself. This dream occurs within a peculiar setting populated by statues resembling her, each holding distinct mirrors. While exploring, she comes across Queen Grimhilde's magic mirror. Upon gazing into it, she witnesses a reflection of Grimhilde's hag form. The mirror shatters, and a ghostly figure emerges from a statue, uttering the emblematic words: "Mirror, Mirror on the Wall, who is the Fairest of them all?"

Upon awakening, Snow White discovers a peacock-themed key within her bed, accompanied by a familiar blue butterfly that glows.

Chapter 4[]

Carrying the peacock key with her, Snow White walks through her castle in the middle of the night, following the mysterious butterfly and remembering the times she had seen it in the past. When she was a child, she used to see it constantly until one day it disappeared without a trace. Years later, when her husband Frederick had saved her from eternal slumber, he had mentioned that a bright blue butterfly had guided him through the forests until he finally found his beloved. Believing that the butterfly has returned for an important reason, Snow White continues to follow it, noticing that no guards appear in her path.

Finally, she arrives at what used to be her stepmother Queen Grimhilde's mirror room, which is currently being used as a storeroom. The butterfly goes through one of the walls, causing Snow White to notice a red and a white rose engraved on it, along with a partially erased inscription:

"This is for you, Ros-"

In that moment, she accidentally pricks her finger on a thorn ornament of the roses, and her blood causes the entire wall to glow, magically revealing a secret door. The butterfly appears again, indicating for her to go through the new door. However, Snow White feels as if she's being observed. When she turns around, she sees the ghostly apparition of a woman covered in wounds and wearing a bloody dress. She quickly recognizes her as Beatrix. The ghost keeps repeating the words: "don't do it or she will die." Completely frightened, Snow White rushes through the secret door, trying to escape.

Guided once again by the butterfly, Snow White continues descending the stairs until she reaches a closed door. Understanding that it will open with the peacock key, Snow White crosses the door and finds herself in the ancient room where her stepmother, Queen Grimhilde, practiced her witchcraft. At this moment, the queen's old mirror in that room activates and presents himself to Snow White as her servant since she is now his new owner. The Slave of the mirror tells Snow White that he originally belonged to her mother, Queen Althea, but Queen Grimhilde took possession of the mirror. In the face of Snow White's skepticism to believe that her mother was the owner of such a bewitched object, the mirror tests himself by revealing three facts to prove its loyalty and effectiveness. These facts are:

- Snow White named her daughter Rose Red because it was the name her own mother wanted to give her, information she obtained through a supposed ancient letter from her mother.

- Her mother was a witch, and her powers have been inherited by Snow White. To demonstrate this, the mirror activates Snow White's healing powers, making her heal her own wounded hand.

- Finally, it reveals that Snow White killed a person.

The last revelation causes a great impact on Snow White, who quickly leaves the room arguing that she cannot allow such an artifact to leave that room. The mirror tells her that no matter what happens, they will meet again because it is destiny, and warns her not to trust the ghost of Beatrix as she will try to manipulate her. Snow White runs back up the stairs and discovers that she has the ability to magically hide the door of the two roses again, just as the mirror said she would be able to.

Chapter 5

On her way back to her room, Snow White crosses paths with several guards on their current surveillance route, including a guard in particular named Rolland who informs her that nothing strange happened that night and no guard was out of place. Puzzled, Snow White returns to her chamber where she finds a doll of Rose Red on the hallway in front of the door. Assuming that Rose Red was in the hallway during the night, she goes to the girl's room, where she can hear through the door that she is talking to someone. Alarmed, Snow White bursts into the room, where there is no one but her daughter standing in front of the mirror. The girl tells her that she was talking to her friend in the reflection, and that her doll was in the hallway because the nightmares wouldn't let her sleep but she didn't dare to come into her mother's room. Thinking that all this play is due to Rose Red's loneliness after losing her aunt Beatrix, Snow White simply puts her to bed without contradicting her fantasies, but before leaving the room she has the strange feeling that someone was indeed watching them in the mirror.
